Foundation Goals:

1. Review the planning documents for the region and develop a report that analyzes where the development has deviated from them (check out the Resource Hub for key planning documents and a list of planned developments).

2. Provide a shared space for collaboration between the many local organizations and community leaders engaged on smart development in South County. 

3. Host community conversations on critical development issues- for social and political action now and in the future.

4. Develop social and political strategies to ensure residents have a voice in all development decisions, and build an investible community that will attract innovative and desirable development.
